It's a sunny October Saturday morning at Vasaparken park in Stockholm and a troupe of C&D Advertisement who creates

commercials for media is building its equipment, a few people stops there curios to see what is happening.

When everything is ready the music starts playing "We are all the Winners" by Nick Borgens and the camera pans

a terrain course, a woman comes running on this path made of stones and sand with easy but still powerful steps.

<<A really nice introduction!>> says a member of the troupe to the Director.

<<Thanks!>> replies the Director and then he talks to the woman women who stopped running

<<Take 1 was very good but please repeat this run another time just to have a spare footage>>

In the second take the cameraman zooms on the face of the woman...

... so everyone sees that she is no less than the glamboxer Caren Nilsson who shows her dark nylon-clad nice looking legs,

as many spectators confirm.

C&D Advertisement is making a commercial about the latest collection of elegant pantyhose crafted by

Nyborgs Strumpbyxor AB, these tights are thin but a new composition of nylon makes them strong. Although they are

for more festive occasions, they can also handle hard training and no one better than Ms. Nilsson, who is training for her

next bout, is the right testimonial for this TV spot.

Caren has finished her running session and walks a little calmly to the outdoor gym that is located there in the woods.

She does an additional workout with different elements that build her strength.

The outdoor TV shots are ended so the troupe moves to a local gym, C&D starts filming Caren in the locker room

taking off her shoes.

Then she changes the Falke sport t-shirt that she used during the outdoor run into a Falke sport bra while she keeps

the white and brown customized skirt of Nyborgs Strumpbyxor and obviously the beautiful pair of pantyhose.

After putting the bandages on her hands, Caren goes to the main room of the gym and lyes on a gym mat, she stretches

her legs, which are now being filmed from below.

After lunch, amateur boxer Thor Ulfber joins the project to serve as simulated opponent for Caren. The Director has an idea

about filming the fighting sequences which causes some problems as there are different opinions and there is a lot

of discussion between the Director and Gustav Andersson the owner of Nyborg's tights factory, one can safely say that

the waves of discussion are high while Caren and Thor both have fun about it, after all neither the Director or Mr.Andersson

has a ring experience, but at the end they find an agreement.

The Director gives some indications about the sequences he wants to capture and Thor is carefully listening at him

while Caren is looking at instructions that are appearing on the iPad.

<<Ok, let's go. Please everybody gets ready in 10 minutes!>> says the Director to his troupe.

The technician checks the light properly to get the best pictures. The makeup artist checks Thor then she carefully works

on Caren, spraying fake sweat and spreading it with a brush.

Thor and Caren start sparring. Both are well trained and show a very good boxing which is not so strange considering

their experience on this sport. As usual with commercials, there are many shots that will not eventually used for

the final product. Caren and Thor are simulating a blow where Snowcat is hitting the guard of her opponent

so they take the right stance while the Director tells the cameraman how to capture Caren's legs which are

the real protagonists of the scene.

The production crew stops the sparring and checks if the material they filmed until this moment is good.

Caren and Thor step out of the ring and reach a sofa for having a moment of rest before restart to spar. They seem happy

to try this new experience and they have a tender moment where they talk, after all Thor is an old student of Caren

so they know each other well and there's a sort of confidence, in fact just to feel more comfortable on the sofa,

Caren stretches her legs and leans them on Thor.

<<Strong pantyhose for strong legs>> says Thor

<<You should know that! Do you remember that you already embraced these legs? Four years ago, during our exhibition

at Viking Mall>>

<<Yes, I do! Funny scene, we should repeat it for this commercial>>

<<Are you happy about how the filming is going?>> asks Caren

<<Yes, it's a very nice experience but I hope that the final video will not show fake fighting, maybe we should do

a real match!>>

<<This sound like a challenge!>> replies a curious Caren

<<I'm sure that C&D staff and Mr. Andersson will not like to see a commercial that ends with Ms. Nilsson knocked out!>>

Thor starts laughing.

<<Such an irreverent little boy. Get lost!>> Caren smiles ad pushes him away with her legs.

The Director calls Caren and Thor back in the ring and places them standing face to face in the center

as two professional boxers do before the match.

<<Ok, now I want you to think that there's bad blood between so you know which kind of expression I mean>>

Being taller than Caren, Thor gets really closer to her forcing Snowcat to lift the head in order to see him in his eyes.

Thor seems very involved in doing the part of the bad fighter that goes chest to chest so close with Caren 

that presses her breasts.

<<Fantastic! That's what I like>> screams the Director <<Keep the stance because I want to take different camera angles>>

and orders the cameraman to go around in circle filming the boxers from heads to feet.

Then the camera stops many seconds on Caren's pantyhose cladded feet so we can clearly read "Nyborgs" and "Strumpbyxor".

The main idea of the commercial is that this new collection of pantyhose is very resistant so the Director wants to show

Caren in trouble and taking blows, so he tells Ms. Nilsson to take a position that Thor can hit her leg without seeming

a low blow and in the same time Caren protects herself. Although the action is fake, Thor uses a "calculated power" on

his left hook so the sound of the impact is high enough to seem a real hard blow.

Then the cameraman places himself in front of Caren and the Director starts to explain to Caren:

<<Ok, now I want to capture the image of the KO blow, so please imagine that you are hit by a brutal left hook 

that opens your guard and turns your head, you should do this movements very quickly as in a real fight happen...>>

Thor interrupts the Director: <<Well, Caren took so many blows like that in her fights that she knows very well

how to do the movements>>

<<Oh, shut up little boy!>> replies Caren and everybody laughs. Then the Director tells Caren to do the movement,

then wait a few seconds and then repeat it. He wants to capture at least ten movements and then decide which seems

the most real.

The Director's assistant tells Ms. Nilsson to lye on the mat and keep a dazed expression.

The Director chooses a visual angle that gives the main importance to the legs, but the body language and the look

of Caren gives the idea that she is knocked out cold.

The Director suggests that Caren should crawl on the ring floor like to show how durable the new pantyhose is.

She must be very tired and she has to rub her knees on the mat crawling to reach the ropes.

The next footage shows that Caren reached her corner. She's leaning on the ropes, she's sweaty, she's deeply breathing

and she's very tired but the camera angle gives visibility to her legs to prove that pantyhose is not ruined.

As request by Nyborgs's Public Relations Department, Caren's magically nylon-clad muscular legs should often shown during

the commercial so now that it's time to film the revenge of Caren, the Director concentrates his shots on her feet and 

her legs movements.

The best way to capture these movements is that Caren and Thor do a serious sparring session and they don't need to tell

that twice before starting a series of nice actions which C&D troupe and Gustav Andersson really appreciate.

They take their roles so seriously that even the KO sequence is a real jab but which they have enhanced to make it

appear a deadly blow. The Director is enthusiastic about how the scene is going.

Thors is knocked out and Caren is the obviously winner of this commercial so in the final scene of the film she walks around

the ring with raised arms, the camera makes a movement up and down and around her. Then the Director decides to finish

the commercial with the classic scene when we talk about battle of sexes. The guy is unconscious on the mat while a happy

Caren flexes her biceps and leans her left foot on Thor's chest.

<<Women's power!>> screams the Director <<Good! Cut! The filming is ended!>>

After 8 hours of work C&D troupe collected almost 2 hours of footage and is more than enough to create the commercial.

Caren and Thor jokes about the nice afternoon they spent and she thanks him for his help giving a funny kiss on the cheek.
